At Golden Group we refrain from using non-tobacco materials in the blend, ensuring real tobacco taste. The cutting process of the tobacco involves 36 cuts per inch and subsequent removal of all dust and small particles, excluding the possibility of irregularities in cigarettes. Apart from the modern sensors which automatically eject the non-perfect cigarettes, regular random physical tests are carried out by our Quality Control department. Our lab is equipped with modern machinery to test all of the parameters ranging from tobacco weight to humidity and pressure drop.
